SnapForward — Privacy Policy / 隱私權政策

重要您的照片不會被上傳或分享

所有重複照片偵測與刪除操作均在您的裝置本機完成，不需要伺服器，也不會將任何照片或媒體檔案傳送至外部。

1. 我們收集什麼資料

SnapForward 的設計原則是盡可能少收集資料。

照片與媒體檔案：App 需要讀取您裝置上的照片以執行重複偵測。所有處理均在本地完成，照片不會離開您的裝置。
廣告識別碼：App 使用 Google AdMob 展示廣告。AdMob SDK 可能依 Google 政策收集廣告識別碼（Advertising ID）以顯示相關廣告。
SSH 金鑰（選用）：如您使用 SCP/SFTP 功能並生成 SSH 金鑰，私鑰僅儲存在您裝置的私有目錄中，不會傳送至任何伺服器或被 App 讀取以外的用途使用。

2. 我們不收集的資料

❌ 不收集您的姓名、電子郵件或任何個人識別資料
❌ 不收集位置資料
❌ 不收集聯絡人資料
❌ 不追蹤您的使用行為（無 Analytics）
❌ 不將您的照片上傳至任何伺服器
❌ 不出售任何資料給第三方

3. 第三方服務

App 使用以下第三方 SDK，各自有其隱私政策：

廣告Google AdMob — 用於顯示橫幅廣告。可能收集廣告識別碼。

4. 裝置權限說明

READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE：讀取照片以執行重複偵測，此為 App 核心功能所需。
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE：Android 9 以下版本刪除照片所需。
INTERNET：AdMob 廣告及網路檔案瀏覽（FTP/SFTP/SCP/SMB/WebDAV）所需。
FOREGROUND_SERVICE：背景自動掃描排程所需。
USE_BIOMETRIC：生物辨識解鎖功能所需。
VIBRATE / POST_NOTIFICATIONS：通知與震動提醒所需。

5. 資料保留與刪除

App 不在外部伺服器儲存任何個人資料。如要刪除所有 App 資料，請從您的裝置解除安裝 App 即可。

6. 兒童隱私

本 App 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。

7. 政策更新

若本政策有重大變更，我們將更新本頁面的「最後更新日期」。繼續使用 App 即表示您接受更新後的政策。

Key PointYour photos are never uploaded or shared

All duplicate detection and deletion happens entirely on your device. No photos or media files are ever transmitted to any external server.

1. Information We Collect

SnapForward is designed to collect as little data as possible.

Photos and media: The app reads photos on your device to detect duplicates. All processing is local; photos never leave your device.
Advertising ID: The app uses Google AdMob to show banner ads. AdMob may collect the Advertising ID per Google's policies to serve relevant ads.
SSH keys (optional): If you generate SSH key pairs for SCP/SFTP, private keys are stored only in your device's private app directory.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

❌ No name, email, or personal identifiers

❌ No usage analytics or tracking
❌ No photos uploaded to any server
❌ No data sold to third parties

3. Third-Party Services

AdsGoogle AdMob — banner ads. May collect Advertising ID.

4. Permissions

READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Required to scan for duplicate photos.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Required to delete photos on Android 9 and below.
INTERNET: Required for AdMob ads and network file browsing (FTP/SFTP/SCP/SMB/WebDAV).
FOREGROUND_SERVICE: Required for background auto-scan scheduling.
USE_BIOMETRIC: Required for biometric unlock feature.
VIBRATE / POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Required for notification alerts.

5. Data Retention

No personal data is stored on external servers. To delete all app data, simply uninstall the app.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

重複写真の検出・削除はすべてデバイス上でローカルに処理されます。写真やメディアファイルが外部サーバーに送信されることは一切ありません。
